Requirements
The following requirements must be fulfilled before consideration.

You must be at least 21 years old with a good driving record for the past 3 years.

You must have a Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) in the state of residence.

You must be able to operate in the Mid-Eastern Region of the United States.

You must be able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.

You must not have any convictions for careless (of a higher degree) or reckless driving in the past five years.

You must not have any more than two tickets for traffic violations in the past 12 months, no more than 4 in the past 36
-
months.

In the past 3 years you must not have any tickets for operating a motor vehicle without permission of the vehicle owner.

You must not have any license suspensions in the past 3 years.

You must not have any convictions for alcohol/drug-related offenses in the last 3 years.

You must not have any pending criminal charges.
